in-house AQP staff ensures that every project is looked at carefully
before production begins. We specialize in precision assembly work that is
labor intensive in nature. This initial involvement will ensure your parts
are assembled with the best quality at the lowest labor cost possible.
Plastic Injection Molding
At MPC Mexico we have injection molding (moldeando inyeccion de plastico) capabilities that can be
utilized on your new or existing products. Our qualified staff can help to
determine the optimum process to help you get the most cost-effectiveness
as possible. We have the capabilities to expand in this area to suit your
needs, if necessary. With the backing of our highly experienced team of
tooling personnel at our parent company, MPC, we have had much success
with taming even the most challenging projects.

Plastic extrusion
We have been extruding tubing (extrusion de plastico) at MPC Mexico for use in the Automotive
Industry. This tubing is used in evaporative emissions system components
as well as HVAC systems. We have experience extruding many different types
of thermoplastic materials, based on a particular applications needs, in a
variety of shapes and sizes. Our
