MPC Mexico updated registration of their QMS (Quality Management System) to the international standard ISO/TS16949:2002 in June, 2004. With AQP (Advanced Quality Planning) involvement in the design stages of a product, we are ensured of the best possible processes. The AQP team helps to identify failure modes in design and manufacturing process, to make sure we have the most robust assembly process available. We are committed to continuously improve each process to ensure the best efficiency.

Gauging and poke-yoke systems are developed to ensure that you get exactly what you specify in a product. At MPC Mexico, we want to work with you in the beginning, utilizing our design staff and product engineering support to ensure your expectations are met within a timely manner.
